CAMPAIGN — Promotions, codes & communication

Code campaigns, partner validation, draws, email, WhatsApp and NPS.

CAMPAIGN holds two families of campaigns: code campaigns, which put codes in consumers' hands and have partner points of sale hand over the prizes, and broadcast campaigns, which reach your contacts directly by email, WhatsApp or NPS survey.

Who does what

The Admin and the MaDa create and run campaigns: creating and editing them, prizes, generating and exporting codes, sending, draws, partner settlement and partner access. A Member can view campaigns, their codes, prizes, draws and results, but not change them. Validating a code needs no account: the consumer or the point of sale does it from a link.

A campaign's life

  1. Draft — the campaign is created and prepared. Only a draft with no activity at all (no codes, sends or draws) can be deleted.
  2. Activate — you confirm the content has been reviewed. A code can only be validated on an active campaign, between its start and end dates.
  3. Pause and resume — an active campaign can be paused, then resumed.
  4. Close — an active or paused campaign can be closed. For a code campaign, you first confirm that partners have been settled; those who handed over prizes are told by email. A code campaign can also close by itself once its quota is reached, if that option is ticked.
  5. Cancel — a launched campaign is not deleted, it is cancelled: it leaves circulation and its history is kept.

Code campaigns

Six types: sampling, point-of-sale promo, event access, distributor loyalty, in-pack code and loyalty points. Each campaign has a prefix unique within your organisation, a quota, and QR or alphanumeric codes (alphanumeric is required for in-pack and loyalty points). Once codes have been generated, the prefix and quota are fixed.

  • Generate — codes are created in batches, up to the remaining quota.
  • Distribute — the codes CSV goes to the printer (with the assigned prize for in-pack codes); codes can also be sent by WhatsApp to chosen contacts, one code per contact.
  • Validate — the consumer enters the code on the campaign's public page. A code that is already used, out of period or unknown is refused.
  • In-pack code — each validated code wins a random instant prize, weighted by remaining stock, and joins the prize-draw pool. The consumer can leave a WhatsApp number or email and agree to be contacted: they then become a lead in your contacts, with their consent.
  • Loyalty points — the consumer enters a WhatsApp number and the code; each purchase earns points, and at the set threshold a voucher is sent by WhatsApp. The Consumers tab shows the balances.

Prizes and draws

A prize has a label, a type (airtime, discount, free product, gadget, major prize, voucher), a quantity and a unit value. It is either instant or kept for a draw, weekly or final. A prize's quantity can be raised at any time, never lowered below what has already been awarded.

Prize draws belong to in-pack campaigns. The winner is picked at random among validated codes; one draw of each type per day, and a draw prize must still be available. Each draw is recorded (date, who ran it, pool size, winner), and the winner is notified by WhatsApp when their number is known.

Partner points of sale

The MaDa gives each partner point of sale, one at a time or in bulk, a private link: no account, no password, the link is the key. There the partner validates the code a consumer shows them, then confirms the prize handover. An access can be revoked (the link stops working at once) or reissued with a fresh link.

A campaign can be limited to certain points of sale and territories: a code presented outside the zone or at a non-authorised partner is refused. The Settlement screen totals, per partner, the prizes handed over and their indicative value; reimbursement happens outside the platform.

FunnelRover records what each partner handed over; no payment goes through it.

Broadcast campaigns

The audience is set by territories, institution types or specific institutions; with no filter, it covers the whole organisation. A preview shows the message as the recipient will see it.

  • Email — a subject, a body and a layout (simple, newsletter, announcement). Only contacts who consented to email receive it. Tracking counts sends, opens, clicks and failures; every email carries an unsubscribe link that withdraws consent.
  • WhatsApp — sends a Meta-approved template to contacts who have a mobile number and consented to WhatsApp.
  • NPS survey — a question scored from 0 to 10, plus an optional open question, sent by email with a personal link. Results give the NPS score, the promoters / passives / detractors split, the response rate and the comments.

Sends go out in batches of 200: the screen says how many remain, and you simply send again. A contact already served never receives the message twice.

When ATTRACT is enabled, the Admin or MaDa can create a draft landing page from a campaign, linked to it.
