Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of subscriptions and credits, and access to the FunnelRover platform ("Platform"). They apply to all organizations ("Customers") that subscribe to a paid plan. By subscribing, you accept these Terms of Sale in full.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to the FunnelRover platform subscription and to prepaid credits. They complement the Terms of Use, which govern how the Platform may be used once access is granted.
2. Platform Subscription
FunnelRover is sold as a single platform subscription, priced in US Dollars (USD):

Enterprise agreements (custom volume, higher contact limits, dedicated terms) are available on quote. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; any applicable taxes (VAT, local taxes) are added at checkout based on your billing location.
3. Credits
Business activations — such as creating a landing page or a campaign, an AI-assisted shelf audit, or sending WhatsApp and email broadcasts — are paid using prepaid credits. Everyday CRM and field work is included in the subscription.
- 1 credit = $2.00 (reference value).
- Credits are sold in packs (Starter, Standard, Pro) with volume discounts, or on quote for Enterprise.
- Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once consumed.
4. Subscription Term
A subscription starts on the date your payment is confirmed. Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly, based on the number of active users. The subscription automatically renews each period unless canceled before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal reminder at least 7 days before the billing date.
5. Free Trial
New organizations may be eligible for a trial period as indicated at the time of registration. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, a subscription is required to maintain access. Data from the trial period is retained when a paid subscription is activated.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by bank transfer or via Flutterwave (for organizations in West Africa). Accepted payment methods depend on your billing location and are displayed at checkout.
If a subscription payment fails, access to the Platform may be suspended after a grace period of 7 days. We will notify you of the failure and retry where possible.
7. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- A billing error attributable to FunnelRover
- A major service outage (cumulative downtime exceeding 72 hours in a billing period) that renders the Platform unusable
Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits remain available until their expiry date. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@funnelrover.com within 30 days of the charge; approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
8. Adding or Removing Users
You may add active users at any time; they are billed prorated for the remainder of the current period. Reducing the number of active users takes effect at the next renewal, subject to the 10-user minimum.
9. WhatsApp
WhatsApp messages are billed in credits, like every other activation — you prepay, and FunnelRover never advances the cost. There is no monthly conversation quota and no pass-through invoice. Indicative pricing: a marketing message costs 0.05 credit and a utility message 0.02 credit (see the pricing page for current rates).
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining days of the period.
After cancellation, your organization's data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting your data before the end of this period.
11. Pricing Changes
FunnelRover reserves the right to modify subscription prices and credit pricing. You will be notified of any change at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect without penalty.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by applicable law as described in the Terms of Use. In the event of a dispute relating to a commercial transaction, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
