ANALYZE — Measurement & intelligence
Trends, indicators, dashboards and alerts — for Admins and Master Data.
ANALYZE answers a question the other modules do not ask: is it getting better? CONVERT says where a cycle stands; ANALYZE compares months with each other.
Trends
Five screens show how things evolve over 3 to 24 months:
| Trend | The question |
|---|---|
| Team | Who is falling behind, and since when? Each rep's visits month by month, a trend verdict, and progress against their target. |
| Attribution | Which channel recruits the most, and which recruits best? Contacts recruited per channel, and those who then progressed. |
| Portfolio | What comes in, what goes out, and why; the breakdown of contacts by conviction and status, rebuilt month by month. |
| Field | Point-of-sale scores over time, and those declining. |
| Headcount | Arrivals, departures, and the actual headcount at each month end. |
A trend verdict appears only with at least six months of data: below that, the screen says "not enough history yet" rather than inventing an arrow.
Every trend exports to CSV. Exports are broken down by territory (territory and parent territory), to build a pivot table per team; anything without a territory appears as "Unassigned", and the rows always add up to the screen. Headcount is not broken down.
Indicators
An indicator is computed from the other modules' data, per period (day, week, month, quarter), for the organisation and for each territory. Nothing is entered by hand: a figure one could type would measure nothing. A computation can be rerun without waiting for the next due date.
Dashboards and alerts
- Dashboards — tiles (number, line, bars, table) displaying an indicator or a trend. A dashboard can be private or shared with the organisation.
- Alerts — a rule watches an indicator against a threshold, for the organisation or a territory. Each breach is notified and stays in a log until someone acknowledges it.
